Hirata’s Disease: Rare Cause of Hypoglycaemia in Caucasian Male

Insulin autoimmune syndrome or Hirata’s disease is an extremely rare condition leading to hypoglycaemia of variable severity due autoantibodies against insulin. We present the first case documented in Czech Republic.
